About these terms
This website, NH Well Water Treatment, is operated by Compass Camper LLC, a marketing and lead generation company registered in Oregon and operating as Compass Lead Group. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
Our service
NH Well Water Treatment is a marketing and lead generation service. We connect New Hampshire well owners with independent, licensed local water treatment contractors. We are not a contractor. We do not test water, install systems, or perform any water treatment work, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a contractor.
Contractor work is between you and the contractor
When we connect you with a contractor, you deal and contract directly with that contractor for any testing, products, or work. Any quote, agreement, schedule, warranty, or payment is strictly between you and the contractor. You are responsible for confirming a contractor's licensing, insurance, and suitability for your needs before any work begins.
No warranty on contractor work
We do not warrant or guarantee the work, products, advice, pricing, or conduct of any contractor. We make no representations about the results of any water test or treatment system. This site and this service are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any work performed by a contractor. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to a nominal amount.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this site or our service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless the parties agree to resolve it through arbitration.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
